Ingredients
Contains sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride. (Also known as Ringers Solution).
Directions
Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril.
Depress the touch button and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose.
Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose.
Repeat for the other nostril.
After use wash nozzle in soapy water.
Dose: This product can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age. Use up to 4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
